Fertility Support Group Cohorts

Our fertility support groups are psychoeducational in nature, meaning they focus on providing education, practical coping tools, and facilitated peer support rather than therapy.

Groups are intentionally designed as closed cohorts, with new groups beginning every few months. Each cohort includes 8 weekly group meetings over 8 weeks, allowing participants to move through this chapter of their fertility journey alongside the same group of women from start to finish.

This structure supports a high-quality group experience both relationally and emotionally. Rather than a drop-in model, each woman benefits from a consistent community, deeper trust, and a thoughtfully sequenced, skills-based curriculum designed to help fertility treatment, loss, and uncertainty feel more manageable.

Each 90-minute session includes a teaching component grounded in evidence-based coping strategies, followed by guided opportunities to share, reflect, and connect with others who truly understand. Group offers a welcoming space to build community, normalize emotions, and feel less alone during what can otherwise be an isolating experience.

Join us to find connection, encouragement, and a community that truly gets it.
